With 20 years of experience working within executive education, higher education, sport, local government sectors and in multiple corporate arenas, Arlene is a highly qualified facilitator, programme designer, coach, consultant and researcher. In 2022, Arlene was appointed as Roffey Park’s Chief Executive Officer. 

A champion of equity, diversity and inclusion and with over 20 years of experience in a range of industries, Suzie specialises in shaping strategic direction and cultivating optimal organisational environments for success. 

With an extensive background in Finance after graduating university with a degree in Mathematics, Simon join the Roffey Park team in 2012. In 2023, Simon was appointed as the Director of Finance. 

With experience of multi-site and international operations in both the private and public sectors, Kerry is a strategic, commercially orientated and outcome driven senior People & Organisational Development leader. 

With extensive experience in public sector reform and international development, George enjoys supporting leaders of all levels to develop and implement their strategic visions. 

A highly experienced operator in the hotel, hospitality, meetings and events industry, Nigel’s skills include strategic leadership, business development, financial management, people skills and change management. 

An expert in all facets of law within a high-profile corporation, Sheetal has experience in growing business through knowledge in general management, leadership, business development, legal support and strategic planning capabilities. 

Being at Roffey Park for nearly 20 years, Jenny has been the PA to a number of different Chief Executives. She is also an experienced and highly qualified HR Administrator. 

With over 25 years of experience, working in the UK and internationally, Graham’s focus is on supporting people and organisations to be the best they can possibly be through maximising their potential. 

With over 15 years industry experience in leading client support services, Mark is experienced in mapping client needs and overseeing the process that enables participants to experience a seamless service. In 2023, Mark was appointed as Head of Operations (UK). 

With over 15 years of experience in Project, Business and Bid Management, Lisa is highly qualified to support personal and organisational development to empower, thrive and grow clients. 

Alex is a highly experienced Head of Sales with 15 years of experience in sales, management, product development, relationship management, strategic planning, business development and service delivery. 

Emma’s extensive transformation and change leadership experience as an internal and external consultant spans various sectors. The golden thread throughout her varied career and entrepreneurial journey is transforming workplaces for the better.

With many years of classroom teaching experience that eventually developed into instructional design, Leigh is passionate and driven to learn how best to utilise technology with a desire is to show how it can completely transform learning and create a push to move away from substitution. 

With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Jose is renowned for his interpersonal skills and ability to build strong, lasting relationships. 

With an extensive background in hospitality, Caroline brings a wealth of professional knowledge to her role ensuring the best possible experience for clients. Recently, she was appointed RPS Operations Manager. 

Helen is a highly experienced and qualified Venue Sales Manager. Her area of expertise lies in client centred meetings and event solutions. 

As an experienced facilitator and executive coach, Ciara has over 15 years working with organisations to realise their potential through people. In 2023, Ciara was appointed as Head of Operations for Roffey Park Europe. 

Jan has over 30 years of experience in higher education in the UK, lecturing in universities across the country. In 2022, Jan was appointed Head of Research, Thought Leadership and Academic Delivery at Roffey Park. 

Richard joined Roffey Park as Head Chef in 2022. He has a career to date spent working in high end hotels and restaurants and multi-outlet venues. With a background in 2-3 rosette and Michelin level cooking. 

With 20 years of experience as a Supervisor and Facilities Manager, Jozef is responsible for ensuring everything runs as smooth as possible at Roffey Park. He can also speak 4 languages. 

Since joining Roffey Park through a placement programme that soon evolved into the organisations first apprenticeship in IT, Steve never looked back. Steve has impressive and detailed technical knowledge of several types of business IT infrastructure and services and provides impeccable customer service to clients at all levels.
