Alison Ritchie and the Board of Trustees are delighted to announce that the Board have recruited a new Chief Executive for Roffey Park who will start on 1 August 2018.
Robert Coles is Founder and Director of the Centre for Alternative Leadership and Management. He has had a distinguished career in Learning and Development; Executive Education; and Organisational Development (OD) Consulting. He has been a Learning and Development Practitioner, Organisational Coach, and Board Mentor. Recent roles have been as Director of Research and Learning Solutions at Optima HRC and as European Executive Director for RSM International.
He has also recently completed a PhD, researching dialogic and Confucian mechanisms for encouraging emergent, collaborative leadership practice. This has led to post-doctoral Research and Development into the integration of Artificial Intelligence and collaborative behavioural mechanisms to enhance team dialogue.
