Roger J Leek
Roger has been a participant and client of Roffey Park for over 35 years and in recent years a Trustee and now Chair. He has held senior global executive positions with extensive experience in HR, Organization Design and Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning, and Reward and Incentive programs, across various business sectors and continents. Previous positions held by him include Senior Vice President Corporate HR Fujitsu in Japan, Senior Vice President HR Global Business Group Fujitsu, Group HR Director ICL/Fujitsu Services, Group HR Director BNFL, and Senior Vice President International HR Volvo Car Corporation. In addition, Roger was involved in Customer Relations Management at Volvo and HR Director within Thorn/EMI Retail and Rental sector.

Sebastian Ling
Sebastian is an angel investor and is also currently writing a book about long term and ethical investing. He previously worked 20 years on sustainable development programmes at the Department for International Development, the UN Environment Programme, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and as an independent consultant advising major philanthropists.

Jig Ramji
Jig has over twenty years of experience as a Human Capital Leader specialising in Organisation Transformation and Change, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management and Leadership Development. He has wide scale international experience having lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong whilst leading Global and Regional teams.
Jig has operated in Chief Talent Officer and Chief People Officer roles for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Bloomberg and Aviva. He has also held non-executive Director roles at LSEG foundation, the Financial Services Skills Commission and the International Coaching Federation.
Within his career, Jig has worked with some of the largest global multinationals including Fujitsu, Macquarie, Deloitte, Shell and Pfizer on significant transformation and change programs. Jig is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an accredited Executive Coach, a certified Hogan practitioner and a certified EIP3 emotional intelligence practitioner.

Andy Bailey
Andy is a seasoned executive from the technology, services, and education sectors. He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Be My Eyes, a specialist supplier of AI-driven accessibility apps for the blind and low-vision community. Before that he was CMO of OnProcess, a technology provider focused on customer experience and sustainability in after sales supply chains, and prior to that he spent 10 years leading the B2B marketing of the world’s largest privately held education business. Having lived and worked across Europe, North America, and Asia, Andy has built, coached, mentored and led numerous international teams and has a deep understanding of how such teams and businesses thrive on a global stage. With a reputation as a transformative marketer, he has extensive experience in data driven digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, sales/marketing processes and integration, marketing metrics and analytics. Andy sits as a trustee for the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability and on the advisory board of a boutique sales and marketing advisory called Toledo.

Nigel Perks
Nigel is a Partner at Stork & May where he specialises in supporting and advising senior executives through organisational change and future career development. Nigel is also an Operations Advisor with Advent International providing advice and support to the portfolio businesses across Europe on their people, organisation and HR agenda. Nigel’s experience is characterised by fast changing business environments. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America and has been involved in multiple acquisition/merger activities as well as major restructuring.
Nigel has an extensive senior level HR background including Chief HR Officer for BT Global Services, Group HR Director for Logica and was the EVP HR for Blackberry as it embarked on its major turnaround. Prior to joining Logica, he was a Board member and European HR Director for Equifax Plc and also held a variety of senior international roles with Prudential and Digital Equipment Company.

Janet Morris
Janet is an accomplished global leader with experience in general management, strategy, sales, marketing, and customer experience. She has a proven track record of achievement and delivery in over 20 organisations in both permanent and interim CEO, CMO and CCO roles – many in competitive international markets including education, publishing, and aviation. She now has a portfolio career which includes both interim CEO roles and several Non-Executive Director and Trustee roles primarily within international organisations. Janet has consulted extensively on strategy in many organisations in commercial, not for profit and public sector.

Dr Delroy Beverley
Delroy has More than 25 years of c-suite corporate executive experience across a variety of sectors including private, public and voluntary. This includes, leading some of the largest public sector organisations in the North of England.
Most notably, he has served on the Boards of significant UK organisations, including YMCA England, Ofqual and the British Library where he also chaired the Board Risk & Audit Committee. In 2014 he became the first ever black chairman of a European business school at the University of Bradford Business School. He was until recently, Regional Chairman of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for Northeast, Yorkshire, and Humberside. Delroy is currently a Senior Independent Non-Executive at Huddersfield Town Foundation. He is also the Regional Chairman (Yorkshire and Northeast), for the Institute of Directors (IoD) and serves on the EDI External Advisory Group for Huddersfield Town FC. In 2015, Delroy was named Regional Public sector Director of the Year, and in 2018, he was a member of the Executive team at Nottingham City Homes, which won UK Landlord of the Year. In addition, Delroy was named by Inside Housing as one of the UK’s top 10 outstanding Black housing professionals for his business leadership achievements and commitment to inspiring the next generation. In 2023, he was awarded the prestigious, Doctor of Letters by the world-renowned University of Warwick in recognition of his significant contributions to the intellect, cultural and economic life of communities and civil society.

Cynthia Duodu
Cynthia is a culture specialist with a passion for learning and development and brings a wealth of strategic and commercial experience gained within the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout her career she has been instrumental in supporting organisations to improve its employee culture and engagement to achieve its strategic growth plans and potential. Having worked in the energy, health, impact investments and telecommunication sectors, she brings insights from these fields as well as broad governance, risk management and financial management experience to the board. She is the Chief People Officer at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, where she is responsible for driving people strategy, establishing the organisation’s vision, and leading on all people operations, systems and processes, and creating an inclusive culture to underpin organisational success.

Al Bird
Al bird is a CEO at Instep UK Limited. A recognised leader and innovator in workplace learning, Al has previously led Sanctus Coaching and KnowledgePool Group. Forever curious about people, technology and work, Al began his career in the Human Performance consulting practice at Accenture and holds an MSc. in Cognitive Ergonomics from UCL.

Dr Pavica Barr
Pavica is an experienced People and Organisation leader with a strong track record of achieving sustainable change of culture and attainment of high performance. She has extensive experience across Organisational Development and Design, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Inclusivity, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Transformational Change, Strategic and Operational HR. More recently Pavica has taken an active role in setting and implementing ESG Strategies, with focus on the social impact. Pavica has led systemic transformational change in complex global organisations such as BT, Novartis and Shell. She has worked across range of industries and supported business of different maturity levels. She sees herself as a global citizen who has lived in four and worked in over thirty countries worldwide. In her role at Shell, she led the Global Centre of Expertise for OD and OD Community of Practice with the purpose to accelerate the energy transition. Currently Pavica is HR Director, responsible for Talent, Leadership, Inclusivity and Culture. Pavica is a chartered business psychologist and holds a doctorate degree in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School, an MBA and an MSc in Organisational Consulting. She is a qualified executive coach, accredited by EMCC via Tavistock.

Steve Clayton
Steve Clayton has pursued a successful career with significant financial leadership roles spanning over 30 years. He is the ex-Chief Financial Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support where he was responsible for leading the Finance, Legal, Procurement, Information Governance and Risk Management, Sustainability and Workplace teams. He enjoyed working at the heart of the business as a trusted advisor to the trustees and senior leadership team with a passion for delivering results and developing high performing teams. Prior to joining Macmillan, Steve developed significant international, cross-functional, board level and pension trustee experience in the private sector. Steve has expertise in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, finance transformation, managing complex customer projects, pension schemes, governance and assurance. In addition to successfully influencing strategic direction, he brings a strong operational focus to deliver business outcomes and improve financial results. Steve is also an active charity fundraiser and volunteer participating in events that have supported Business in the Community, The Prince’s Trust, Macmillan Cancer Support, Sue Ryder, Shelter and Action for Children.
