Join us and revolutionise your approach to learning and development
Join us for a Roffey Park Navigator event on inclusion that addresses the critical balance between inclusion and organisational purpose. This session brings together industry experts and researchers to discuss how inclusive practices can enhance—not undermine—your organisation’s core mission.
We’ll share insights from Sile Walsh, author of Inclusive Leadership, on how inclusive leadership can align with and strengthen organisational values, creating a culture that promotes collaboration and innovation. We’ll also be joined by Rachel Evans, alum of the MSc in People and Organisational Development and author of a new Roffey whitepaper on inclusion, on her experience of integrating racial equity into a large NHS trust. The session is led by Dr Jan Moorhouse, Roffey Park researcher and co-author of A Framework for More Inclusive Workplaces.
This event aims to foster a deeper understanding of how organisations can embrace inclusion not just as a checklist item, but as a fundamental component of their purpose. Join us for a conversation that provides practical guidance backed up by research findings to help organisations shift from fixing the symptoms of exclusion to addressing its root causes and promoting a more nuanced understanding of inclusivity.
You will also receive a copy of the presentation and outputs to share within your organisation.
