This navigator event will feature a panel of international contributors who work and have promoted allyship within their organisations, thought leadership, research and practice, to promote greater inclusion.

Sharing insights into how to make allyship more effective we will discuss:

  •  Common pitfalls in the promotion of inclusion strategies
  •  The importance of allyship
  •  Recommended ways forward to establish more effective allyship

We invite you to have your say in this interactive session and help to create meaningful dialogue around this diversity, equity and inclusion approach.

The session is for anyone working within HR, Organisational Development, DEI or anyone leading initiatives that are genuinely interested in achieving greater inclusion in the workplace and challenging bias.

You will also receive a copy of the presentation and outputs to share within your organisation.

This is a free of charge event for leaders, HR, L&D and OD Professionals.

Nicholas Harvey, Ph.D

Nicholas is The Social Impact Coach, dedicated to creating an infrastructure for social justice through leadership and organizational development, as well as policy change. He leverages his expertise in nonprofit and public policy to support Corporate Social Purpose leaders across sectors in achieving their missions for positive change and justice. By providing the necessary awareness, skills, knowledge, motivation, mindset, and strategies, he helps these leaders find peace, increase productivity, and make a meaningful impact. A former pastor, professor, and military officer, Nicholas uses his strategic leadership and organizational development expertise to help organizations retain top employees and clients while driving positive change.

Fiona Flynn

Fiona is an expert in maximising talent in the workplace. She founded Montauk with two key aims: to get the best from people and create the best environment for them to flourish and deliver exceptional results. Fiona collaborates with individuals, teams and management and works with organisations whose rapid growth means they struggle with the challenges of increased & evolving staff expectations. Fiona is a passionate and active supporter of Women in Business and developing female talent within organisations.

Ciara Halloran

Ciara is Head of Operations at Roffey Park. She has expertise in organisational learning and development, organisational change, consulting, and diversity, equity and inclusion.  As an experienced facilitator and executive coach, Ciara has over 15 years working with organisations to realise their potential through people. Her signature strength is her capacity to understand the complexities of business and in collaboration with organisational leaders develop a highly optimised focused solution specifically meeting their needs.
