Overview

This programme provides mid and senior leaders with a dedicated space to reflect on their leadership of, and approaches to, change and transformation. Participants will explore and experiment with strategies for leading through change, while receiving valuable feedback through peer-to-peer learning, coaching, and networking.

Check-in is available from 2pm, providing you with the option to either work from our venue or take advantage of our leisure facilities. Our bar opens at 6pm and dinner is served in the restaurant at 7.30pm. One nights accommodation, meals and materials are all included in the fees. If you wish to stay the night before the start of the programme, this is available at additional cost.
