Overview
Organisation Design and Development Essentials is a one-and-a-half-day course that explores the fundamentals of OD&D and the nature of OD&D practice. The course introduces participants to the role of the OD&D practitioner and how to lead and influence organisational change and transformation. Participants will also learn the key skills, knowledge and mindsets needed to become an effective OD&D practitioner.

Course Outline
Day 1 - you will explore and engage with the consulting cycle and delve into how OD&D helps organisations delivery strategy. Your focus is on organisation design and your role as a practitioner
Day 2 - The focus moves to organisational health and how collaboration during organisational development leads to better change outcomes
Day 3 - The two are brought together and the day explores the end-to-end process for organisation design, or redesign

Face-to-Face
We deliver Residential and Virtual Organisation Design and Development as an in-house programme for teams or as part of a wider, tailored development programme.
Your face-to-face experience starts the evening before your programme as you join your fellow participants for dinner so you can get to know each other. Check-in is available from 2pm, providing you with the option to either work from our venue or take advantage of our leisure facilities. Our bar opens at 6pm and dinner is served in the restaurant at 7.30pm. Accommodation, meals and materials are all included in the fees.
