Organisational Health and Culture
Assessing organisational health and culture, advising on ways to improve and sustain desired culture and health of the organisation and its people.
We carefully select the most appropriate methods of gathering data and insights so that you can make informed decisions on what really matters when it comes to improving culture and performance. Our unique approach allows us to quantify the return on investment you can expect.
Is your organisation experiencing:
- Lack of innovation – an inability to adapt quickly to changes in the external environment due to market shifts or disruptive technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), slow product development and stalling initiatives.
- Change fatigue – low energy and enthusiasm for change initiatives, disengagement and resistance to change are symptomatic of change fatigue requiring fresh new approaches to change.
- Performance not meeting expectations – however you measure performance, whether through growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, effectiveness measures, we work with you to on a systematic review of the reasons and co-design solutions. For example, you may choose to refresh your strategy, align teams towards purpose or initiate a development programme.
- Talent management – difficulties acquiring or retaining key roles, ineffective succession planning and outdated performance management practices may benefit from an external view.
- Mergers and acquisitions – changes in your organisation’s ownership and top teams may mean a realignment or redesign of the newly merged or acquired group.
- High turnover/attrition rates – employees may not be satisfied with their work, manager and/or organisation, or feel that their opportunities to progress are limited.
- Low employee morale – characterised by a lack of enthusiasm and initiative, ‘quiet quitting’ or ‘can’t do’ attitudes.
- Multigenerational gaps – perhaps you are struggling to retain millennials whilst wondering how to transfer the knowledge of long-standing employees close to retiring, or different attitudes to work and management are creating unnecessary friction.

Case Study: Organisational Health and Culture in a Purpose-Driven Multinational
This UK-US multinational have a clear mission to advance scientific application. After attending Roffey Park’s open programme, their Head of Organisational Development was keen to partner with us to help a programme of much needed culture change. From a strongly hierarchical decision-making, risk-averse culture, the executive identified a need to evolve culture into a more responsive, adaptive, innovative culture.
We worked closely with internal OD professionals to help design a series of internally-facilitated workshops, using our experience of successful culture change programmes to identify the accelerators and blocks to transformation and to help create a roadmap for implementation.
“We had a very successful two days with the team asking for more – they were very sceptical beforehand of what we were trying to do…so a big result.”
