About our venue

Our UK Head Office is a purpose-built dedicated training, events and conference venue which is set in 40 acres of rural Sussex Countryside just twenty minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Access to fast trains from London and the rest of Sussex and the South Coast are easy with train stations located in nearby Horsham, Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport.

Dedicated Learning Space

We understand the rapidly evolving world of technology more than most. As a result, we have supercharged our onsite technology, allowing teams to meet flexibly and accessibly. We also ensure that each training room is fully equipped with the latest AV/IT equipment.

Whether it is indoor or outdoor, our venue has a range of spaces that can be adapted to suit the activity. Our training rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary tools required to deliver an effective training course. If you choose to, we have 40-acres of well-kept grounds to utilise for team building and training exercises.

Roffey Park Institute is a centre of expertise in organisational development and a pioneer of action learning for over 75 years. For the last thirty years, our MSc in People and Organisational Development has been at the forefront of developing the practice and field of OD which enables people and organisations to thrive.
