Roffey Park has a rich history in research, which continues to be at the heart of what we do.
Our research enables us to be a voice of authority on how people can thrive at work and how to develop healthy and sustainable organisations.
Roffey Park employs a rare combination of research, consultancy practice and development expertise when undertaking research projects for organisations which are aimed at improving organisational development, effectiveness and intelligence.
We want to work with you
There is an open invitation for organisations to research with us into topics/issues of mutual interest and concern. We are keen to involve managers and leaders in giving views on key issues in the workplace. In return for such involvement, you will benefit from a summary of key findings and new thinking that may bring you the transformation you need.
Many organisations commission us to conduct research where they require a more thorough understanding of the situation they are facing. As well as investigating and presenting back conclusions.
It is our aim to:
- Use our research process as a way for clients to learn how their overall approach to people strategy affects the execution of strategic aims
- Share our expertise and previous research from different sectors to provide clients with new ideas and different perspectives
- Ensure that at each stage of the process we are focusing time and resources for maximum client benefit
Our pledge to sustainable research
As an educational charity, our research aims to challenge perspectives and practices to enable people and organisations to realise their potential. Dedicated to embodying this charitable purpose, the Val Hammond Fund was established by its namesake and former Roffey Park CEO and Chair. A percentage of Roffey Park Institute’s annual surplus is dedicated to the fund, to be used for prioritising research projects.
