In connect and reflect we bring you back to explore the challenges and bumps experienced in your practice phase. What worked, what didn’t, what you did differently and what you learnt.

During this phase you practise new behaviours and apply different thinking back in the workplace, reflecting and exploring what the impact had on both the learner and on the people around them.
Change and Grow
Finally, we support learners to embed their learning and new approaches so they can create added value in their team and across their organisation.
In-house
We also offer in-house training options that enables you to maximise the teachings of our open-programmes courses. In-house training targets your unique context and brings your people together to better align organisational strategy, boost efficiency and improve team dynamics. As opposed to customised programmes, in-house are open programmes that are lifted ‘off the shelf’ and delivered exclusively to a cohort of participants selected by you.
We deliver customised and in-house programmes where and when you need them – virtually, blended or face-to-face at your location or at our venue in West Sussex.

About Roffey Park Institute
